Do I really need approval for this?
A committee has been formed for the purpose of setting general construction guidelines. The intent is to maintain the high standards of building in our community.
If you have any ideas, please forward them in writing to any board member.
For what do I need approval? How do I obtain approval?
Many people are unsure what the approval process involves to alter their home or what actually needs board approval. Essentially, anything done to the exterior of your house needs approval. The following is only a partial list of what needs approval prior to work commencing:
Exterior painting
New roof
New front or garage doors
New Windows
New fence
Driveway alterations
Landscaping
